Deliveries within Germany:

We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 per order.
For orders over €80.00 we offer free shipping

Shipping to other EU countries:

Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

we charge 10.90 €

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes and fees apply.

The order will only be shipped after receipt of payment.

No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

As a consumer, you are requested to check the item immediately upon delivery for completeness, defects and transport damage and to notify us and the carrier of any complaints as soon as possible.

The shipping costs are not included in the purchase price. They will be displayed again before the order closes or can be viewed on our website. Shipping costs are to be paid in addition unless there is an offer.

The goods will only be shipped insured.

RETURN

Don't like it or don't fit?

You can return the goods within 14 days at your own expense.
Please carefully packaged, hair-free and with label

The costs for return shipping must be borne by the customer. As soon as the goods have arrived with us, we will refund the purchase price. Please provide the invoice number, address and reason so that we can assign the return.
